Production Assistant at Knoxville Symphony Orchestra

Douglas Lauderdale has extensive experience in live performance production and broadcasting, currently serving as a Production Assistant at the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra since January 2009. In addition to this role, Douglas has worked as a stage tech with Showcall Stage Hands since August 2005, overseeing production activities for live performances. Douglas also hosted the rockabilly-infused radio program "Rumble!" on WDVX from February 2012 to 2013. Prior experience includes sales, singing, and hosting karaoke shows across the country with Chartbuster Karaoke/Tennessee Production Center from 2001 to 2007, as well as producing multi-topical talk radio shows on WTN radio from 1991 to 1993. Douglas holds an Associate's Degree in Broadcasting, Radio and Television from the Professional Academy of Broadcasting, earned between 1982 and 1984.
