Frank Laywell's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University between 1991 and 1993, an Associate's Degree in Arts & Science from Dallas County Community College between 1976 and 1981, and a HSD from La Vega between 1961 and 1967.
