Frank Laywell

Frank Laywell has over 45 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry. Frank began their career in 1973 as Plant Superintendent for Delta Steel Building Co. Frank then moved on to Air System Components where they were a General Foreman from 1986 to 1994. In 1994, they became Manufacturing Manager for Trinity Industries. Frank held this role until 1997, when they became Manufacturing Manager for Powell-ESCO. From 2001 to 2002, they were a Consultant for IPA Inc., advising small business owners in all aspects of business operations. From 2002 to 2003, they were Production Manager for 2010Mobile Mini, Inc. Frank then worked as Assistant Production Manager/Production Supervisor for Comark Building System from 2003 to 2011. Finally, they were Assistant Production Manager for Palomar Modular Building Systems from 2011 to present.

Frank Laywell's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University between 1991 and 1993, an Associate's Degree in Arts & Science from Dallas County Community College between 1976 and 1981, and a HSD from La Vega between 1961 and 1967. Frank also holds several certifications, including a Certified Welding Supervisor from the Canadian Welding Bureau (obtained in August 2013), an API-1104 Code Endorsement to AWS CWI Certification from the American Welding Society (obtained in December 2011), a Certified Welding Inspector Level 2 from the Canadian Welding Bureau (obtained in July 2014), a Certified Welding Inspector AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code-Steel from the American Welding Society (obtained in September 2010), a Certified Welding Educator from the American Welding Society (obtained in July 2012), and an ACCP Level II from The American Society for Nondestructive Testing, Inc. (obtained in February 2011).
