Aloys Wijnker

Aloys Wijnker is an experienced football professional with a robust background in youth development and technical management. Currently serving as the Academy Director at PSV since September 2024, Wijnker also holds the position of Technical Manager for Elite Football and National Teams at KNVB, beginning in July 2020. Previously, Wijnker was the Academy Director at Vitesse Arnhem and the U.S. Soccer Federation's Development Academy Director, overseeing all academies in the United States. Wijnker gained recognition at AZ Alkmaar as the Academy Director, winning the Academy of the Year award for 2014-2015 and receiving multiple nominations in prior years.
