Lennard Van Ruiven

Lennard van Ruiven (Rotterdam, March 9, 1978) has gained extensive experience in the field of talent development, football development and management development in various roles over the past 25 years. He is well established within the KNVB and has, among other things, reformed the competition formats for pupils, introduced the Rinus trainers' platform and set up the training line for heads of youth education. He was also involved in national teams and has given direction to Youth Plan Netherlands . In addition to the KNVB, Van Ruiven also worked as head of youth academy at Sparta Rotterdam.
