Charles Gardiner

Charles Gardiner is an accomplished leader in the fitness and storage industries, currently serving as President at KO Storage since March 2021. Previously, Charles held key management roles at Public Storage from October 2012 to March 2021, as Senior District Manager and District Manager. Earlier experience includes serving as Membership and Marketing Manager at LA Fitness, where responsibilities included new member acquisition and sales team development, and as District Manager at Bally Total Fitness, where Charles significantly contributed to sales growth and staff training over a 12-year tenure. Additionally, Charles has a background as a Personal Trainer and General Manager in fitness centers, with early career accomplishments such as creating a successful boot camp program at Lifetime Fitness. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Sioux Falls, earned between 1994 and 1997.
