Amy Rose has a diverse work experience spanning different sectors and roles. Amy is currently the Partnership Lead at Koa Health from July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at AXA UK as the Deputy Chairperson - Pride Network from January 2021 to July 2022. Amy also had a long tenure at AXA Health, where they served as a Business Development Manager from January 2016 to July 2022. Before joining AXA, they worked at Duradiamond Healthcare as the Deputy Client Relationship Director from July 2014 to December 2015, and as an Account Manager from January 2013 to July 2014.
Amy Rose's earlier experiences include roles at RehabWorks, where they worked as a Regional Manager from June 2011 to January 2013, as a Rehabilitation Services Manager from February 2010 to June 2011, and as a Centre Manager from September 2006 to February 2010. Amy also worked as a Physiotherapist at England Hockey Ltd from April 2004 to September 2007, at South Birmingham PCT as a Senior 1 Physiotherapist in April 2006, at the NHS as a Physiotherapist from September 2004 to April 2006, and at City Hospital Birmingham as a Physiotherapist from June 2001 to September 2004.
Amy Rose attended the University of Birmingham from 1998 to 2001, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physiotherapy. In 2008 to 2009, they enrolled in the Chartered Management Institute and obtained a Level 7 Strategic Management Diploma. In 2015, they completed the Health & Wellbeing at Work Certificate at NEBOSH. Amy is currently pursuing a degree in IF7 Health Insurance Products at the Chartered Insurance Institute, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
In addition to their formal education, Amy has obtained several certifications. In 2022, they obtained certifications in Strategic Partnerships: Ecosystems and Platforms, Leadership: Practical Skills, and HubSpot Sales Software from LinkedIn and HubSpot Academy, respectively. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap from LinkedIn. Amy also obtained the Mental Health First Aid Champion certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2019.
