Innovation Research Development Director at Koa

Ursina Krähenmann's work experience includes various roles at different companies. Ursina started working at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund in 2015, where they held positions as a Praktikantin Nachhaltigkeit & Issue Management and later as a Fachspezialistin Nachhaltigkeit until July 2017. In 2018, Ursina worked as a Research Assistant at ETH Zürich in the Laboratory of Sustainable Food Processing. Since 2019, they have been working at Koa Switzerland & Ghana, starting as a Food Scientist and then taking on roles as Innovation, Quality and Technology Lead and Quality & Food Innovation Director. Currently, they hold the position of Innovation, Research & Development Director at the company.

Ursina Krähenmann completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Food Science at ETH Zürich from 2011 to 2014. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Food Science at the same institution, which they finished in 2018. During their time as a student, they also obtained a Didaktikzertifikat in Lebensmittelwissenschaften at ETH Zürich from 2016 to 2018.
