Celia Friedman Cowan has a comprehensive work experience in the veterinary field. Celia currently serves as the Veterinary Medical Director at Koala Health from May 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as an Associate Veterinarian at Parkway Veterinary Hospital starting from June 2018. Celia also held a similar position at Banfield Pet Hospital from June 2016 to April 2018. Celia Friedman Cowan obtained their Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from the University of Missouri-Columbia College of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Colby College between 2007 and 2011. In 2010, they attended the University of New Hampshire for a brief period to study Biochemistry. Celia completed their high school education at Manchester Central High School, where they received a diploma in 2007.
