Erica Tofson

Erica Tofson serves as the Vice President of Administrative Operations & HR for KES Inc. In this capacity she oversees all administrative operations including HR, Accounting, Finance, Contracts & Security. Specifically Ms Tofson is responsible for the strategic recruitment function, compensation program, training, employee relations, and benefits administration while ensuring that KES remains in compliance with all state and federal employment related government regulations. Prior to working for KES, Ms. Tofson worked briefly in the accounting and payroll department of North American Trust Company in San Diego .
