Monique Vos

Monique Vos is an experienced professional in pedagogy and quality management, currently holding the position of Manager of the Pedagogy & Quality Department at Kober kinderopvang since March 2021, where Monique leads a team of pedagogues and policy staff. With a solid background in consultancy and operational management, Monique has served as an Advisor since December 2017 and was the Operational Director for IKC Academy and IKC Makers from October 2016 to November 2017, where Monique helped establish these organizations. Prior experience includes managing the Pedagogy & Quality Department at KION Kinderopvang and consultancy roles at Bureau VTV and Stichting Brede School Nederland. Monique Vos began their career as a psychologist and youth care worker at Synthese, and holds a drs degree in Developmental and Child Psychology from Radboud University.
