Yudi HSM has extensive experience in HR recruitment, currently serving as HR Recruitment at PT Kobexindo Tractors Tbk since May 2018, with responsibilities including job vacancy postings, candidate sourcing, selection, psychometric testing, interviews, salary negotiations, and monthly reporting.
