Alexandre Hugen

Alexandre Hugen is an accomplished industrial manager with extensive experience in the chemical and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Plant Manager at Kobo Products, Inc. since April 2018. Previously, Alexandre held the position of Industrial Manager at Brasvending S.A. from September 2012 to March 2018, overseeing both vending machine production systems and plastic cup manufacturing, and implementing significant improvements in quality and efficiency metrics. Alexandre's earlier career includes managerial roles at Polipox Indústria e Comércio Ltda., Pulvitec do Brasil Ltda., and Kemira Water Solutions, along with a solid foundation at Henkel Ltda., where Alexandre progressed through various positions in production and quality systems. Alexandre holds a chemical engineering degree and has completed postgraduate studies in industrial chemistry, complemented by technical education in data processing and chemistry.
