Adeola also has experience as an Enterprise Account Manager at Kobo360 and as an Operations Manager at The Emel Group. Adeola has a background in finance and payment analysis from their time as a Marketplace Finance and Payment Analyst at Konga Online Shopping Ltd. Additionally, they have previous experience in customer service and telesales at Jumia Nigeria and as a Personal Assistant at B Signature Events. Adeola is a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM).

Adeola Yussuff (ACIPM) earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics (Ed) from the University of Lagos from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2004, they attended the Nigerian Navy Secondary School to complete their high school education.
