Fabiana is a senior social performance and development professional with 17 years of international experience with major mining projects in Africa and Latin America. Her work has mainly focused on developing and managing teams of community relations specialists and in the development and implementation of Social Performance programs. Her expertise includes social management systems, stakeholder engagement, community development, land access strategies, resettlement action plans, local business initiatives, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) risk assessments, including human rights labor assessments.
