Oren Ben Dor

Oren Ben Dor is a seasoned tax professional currently serving as Vice President of Global Tax at KoBold Metals since June 2024. Prior experience includes holding the position of Tax Director and Senior Tax Counsel for International Tax Planning and M&A at Microsoft from January 2018 to April 2024, and serving as Senior Tax Manager at EY from September 2013 to January 2018. Oren began a career in tax law as an Associate at Fried Frank and Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP. Oren started as an intern at Yuval Levy & Co. Law Offices & Notaries. Oren holds an LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center and an LL.B. from Tel Aviv University.
