Ana Frischtak

Ana Frischtak currently serves as a Lawyer and Principal at Kobre & Kim since September 2023. Previously, Ana was Special Counsel at Kaplan Hecker & Fink LLP from March 2020 to January 2023, and an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton from January 2008 to April 2018. In addition, Ana contributed as a Consultant for the International Growth Centre in 2013, focusing on research, analysis, and writing related to East African Community negotiations in South Sudan. Ana's early career included a Judicial Law Clerk position at the Eastern District of California from September 2006 to August 2007 and a role as a Junior Professional Associate at The World Bank from 2001 to 2003, working on projects in the East Asia and Pacific Region. Ana holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Michigan Law School (2003-2006) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from Cornell University (1997-2001).
