Berkay Köprü

Berkay Köprü, PhD, currently serves as a Faculty Lecturer at Koç University since September 2023. Prior to this role, Berkay was the Research Lead at a Stealth Startup from October 2021 to September 2023 and held the position of Lead Data Scientist at Roche in the DNA Chapter, where work focused on deep learning applications in biotechnology. Berkay's career also includes experience as an MTS Algorithm Engineer at Maxim Integrated, contributing to deep learning solutions for healthcare, and involvement with Huawei Technologies in 5G research as a 5G-SDR Engineer. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Koç University, an M.Sc. in Communication Engineering from Technische Universität München, and a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bilkent University.
