Mesut Halıcıoğlu

Mesut Halıcıoğlu is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Legal Counsel and Data Privacy Coordinator at Koç University since December 2021. Prior to this position, Mesut worked as Legal Counsel at Enerjisa and as a Senior Associate at EY. Earlier roles include serving as Legal Counsel at EarlyLearny GmbH and as an Associate at Yazıcı Attorney Partnership, where Mesut also completed an internship. Mesut holds a Master of Laws with a specialization in IP and ICT Law from KU Leuven, a Master of Laws from Hacettepe University, and a Bachelor of Laws from Bilkent University. Mesut is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Data Science at Koç University.
