Aaron Payne has a diverse professional background with a focus on business development and strategy. Aaron began their career as a Supervision & Risk Management Intern at the Federal Reserve Bank in 2007. In 2008, they interned as a Business Development Intern at Koch Industries before assuming the role of Business Development Analyst from 2009 to 2011. Aaron then progressed to the position of Business Development Director at Koch Industries from 2011 to 2013. Most recently, in 2013, they joined Koch Ag & Energy Solutions, LLC as the Director of Strategy and Business Development.

Aaron Payne attended the Texas McCombs School of Business from 2008 to 2009, where they pursued a Master's degree in Professional Accounting and Taxation. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance at The University of Kansas. Additionally, in 2006, they took part in a study abroad program in Paderno del Grappa, Italy at CIMBA during the fall semester.
