In 1997, they joined Koch Capital Services as a Recruiting Leader, overseeing a team of recruiters and admin staff. Since 2000, they have been working at Koch Ag & Energy Solutions, LLC as the Director of Global Risk Optimization and Trade Finance, where they lead the credit risk and trade finance operations.
