Karen Balbierz

Karen Balbierz has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the Koch companies. Karen started their career in 1992 as a Corporate Trainer at Koch Industries. In 1995, they moved to Koch Chemical Company where they served as a Credit Manager, focusing on building a global business with a focus on Asia. In 1997, they joined Koch Capital Services as a Recruiting Leader, overseeing a team of recruiters and admin staff. Since 2000, they have been working at Koch Ag & Energy Solutions, LLC as the Director of Global Risk Optimization and Trade Finance, where they lead the credit risk and trade finance operations.

Karen Balbierz studied Business Management / Finance at Wichita State University.
