Glen Muehlbauer

Glen Muehlbauer has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and operations. Glen started their career at Corus Bank in 1997, where they worked in human resources until 2002. Glen then joined Raytheon in 2003 and worked in human resources until 2007. From 2007 to 2012, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Koch Air, LLC, and then transitioned to the role of Vice President of Operations and Organizational Development until 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Koch Enterprises, where they have been working since 2016.

Glen Muehlbauer pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Human Resources between 1993 and 1997 at Xavier University. Following this, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Human Resources from Purdue University Daniels School of Business between 2002 and 2004.
