Mark Toburen

Mark Toburen currently serves as the Director of Business Transformation Strategy and Design at Koch, starting in December 2023. Prior experience includes a decade at North Highland, where roles spanned from Senior Consultant to Principal in Transformation Strategy. Prior to that, Mark held various positions at the Georgia Institute of Technology – Scheller College of Business, including Graduate Research Assistant and Assistant Swim Coach. Additional experience includes a Process Design Consultant role at Bank of America and leadership within the YMCA of the Triangle. Earlier in Mark's career, roles as a Research Scientist at North Carolina State University and Intel Corporation were undertaken. Mark holds an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology and both an MS and BS in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University.
