Ray Geoffroy

Ray Geoffroy currently holds the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Koch Industries, Inc., a role maintained since January 2016. In addition, Ray serves as the President of Legal at Koch Capabilities, LLC, which provides legal services to the company. Prior to joining Koch, Ray was with INVISTA from 2005 to 2016, where responsibilities included Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary, as well as Chief Counsel for Litigation and Compliance. Ray's legal career began at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, where services were provided in commercial litigation from 1998 to 2005. Education includes a Doctor of Law degree from Emory University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Richmond.
