Roy Litzenberg

Roy Litzenberg has extensive experience in environmental, health, and safety (EHS) compliance and auditing, currently serving as the Director of Compliance and Ethics at Koch since October 2014, where responsibilities include managing and conducting audits in a multi-sector industrial environment. Prior to this role, Roy operated as a Principal Environmental Chemist in a self-employed capacity, focusing on EHS compliance and environmental due diligence from July 2012 to October 2014. Notable previous positions include Program Director at AECOM and Senior Program Director at EBI Consulting, along with a career that began at Earth Tech as a Staff Chemist and included a foundational role as a Field Technician at BCL Associates, Inc. Roy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from UC San Diego, earned between 1985 and 1989.
