Meg Schmidt-Duncan

Meg Schmidt-Duncan has extensive work experience in the logistics industry. Meg worked at Roadway Express/YRC Worldwide from 1984 to 2007, holding various roles including Terminal Manager, Area Sales Manager, and Sales Representative. During their time there, they achieved significant sales and marketing success and received several awards. From 2004 to 2007, they served as a Corporate Account Executive at Roadway Express/YRC Worldwide, responsible for managing an $80M territory and providing turnkey solutions for national clients. Since 2007, they have been employed at Koch Logistics, where they have held positions such as Senior Manager of Carrier Relations, Director of Operations, and currently, Director of Strategic Sourcing. Their responsibilities at Koch Logistics have included carrier contract negotiations, performance analysis, claims analysis, pricing analysis, and the implementation of logistics solutions.

Meg Schmidt-Duncan attended the University of Minnesota from 1978 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Studio Arts.
