Jillian Bentley

Jillian Bentley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Jillian started their career at Nationwide Financial as a Senior Financial Service Analyst. After that, they joined Coldwater Creek, where they held various positions including HR Recruiting Coordinator, Recruiting Specialist, Employee Services Specialist, and HR Generalist. At Coldwater Creek, they managed college recruiting programs, handled employee support and administration, and conducted full life cycle recruiting. Following their time at Coldwater Creek, Bentley worked at Amazon as a Recruiter. Currently, they are the Director of HR & Recruiting at Kochava, a company that specializes in real-time user tracking and attribution analytics tools for mobile advertising.

Jillian Bentley obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Economics from The College of Wooster between 2002 and 2006. Jillian also holds a certification as an AWS Business Professional from Amazon Web Services, which was obtained in 2015.
