James Garceau

James Garceau currently serves as General Counsel and Data Privacy Officer for Kodak Alaris, a position held since October 2018, following roles as Corporate Counsel and Data Privacy Officer. Prior experience includes working as a Contracts Representative at Northrop Grumman from March 2016 to September 2018 and as a Contract Analyst at Axiom from November 2015 to March 2016. James also completed an investment banking internship at The Capital Markets Group, Inc. in 2014 and served as a legal intern at the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, Law Offices of Chicago-Kent. James holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Psychology from Canisius University.
