Kim Kennedy

Kim Kennedy is an experienced supply chain leader with a diverse background spanning over three decades, primarily at Eastman Kodak Company since 1988 and currently serving as Senior Director of Supply Chain at Rochester Regional Health since January 2019. Throughout the career, Kim has held various leadership roles, including Division Vice President and Director of Global Supply Chain & Logistics for the Print Systems Division, where strategic design and direction of supply chain operations have led to significant inventory reductions and operational efficiencies. Proficient in Lean methodologies and Six Sigma, Kim has consistently driven improvements in inventory management and customer service across multiple platforms, achieving substantial cost savings and enhanced performance metrics.
