Germaine Souza, CSM

Germaine Souza has a diverse work experience in roles related to project management and technical leadership. Currently, Germaine is serving as the Team Lead for Technical Project Management at Koddi since December 2021 and has been a Senior Technical Project Manager at the same company since November 2020. Prior to joining Koddi, Germaine worked at Vroom as a Technical Program Manager from April 2020 to November 2020 and as a Technical Project Manager from July 2019 to April 2020. Before Vroom, Germaine was associated with Kenzan Media. During the tenure at Kenzan Media, Germaine held multiple roles, including Sr. PM/BA, Cloud Infrastructure, CSM from August 2015 to November 2018, and Project Manager from August 2013 to November 2018. Earlier in their career, Germaine worked at EXIGIS in various capacities, starting as Engineering/Quality Assurance from August 2009 to April 2011, then as Business Analyst Resource from April 2011 to June 2011, followed by Senior Service Representative from June 2011 to March 2012, and finally, as an Associate Account Manager from April 2012 to April 2013.

Germaine Souza, CSM attended the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business from 2005 to 2009. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance.
