Urtina Gashi

Urtina Gashi possesses extensive experience in operations and client support roles, with a proven track record at KODE Labs from April 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included Operations Lead for Mission Control and Client Experience Lead. Prior to KODE Labs, Urtina served as Service Desk Manager and Support Desk Team Leader at Velez Managed Services from September 2019 to April 2021. Urtina also held positions as Program Manager and Project Coordinator at VentureUP between January 2018 and September 2019. Urtina holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Prishtina, completed in January 2019, and has further education from The Philipp University of Marburg.
