Gal Segev

Gal Segev began their work experience in 2012 as a Marcom & Events Coordinator at SuperCom. Gal then progressed to the role of Marketing Communications Manager before becoming the Director of Marketing & Employer Branding. In 2020, Gal founded the HR Marketing Community, a professional community focused on discussions about employer branding and internal communications. Gal also worked as a Community Manager at Midtown TLV. More recently, Gal joined Trusstor in 2021 as Head of People, and later became VP People & Brand. Currently, Gal is serving as the Head of People at Kodem.

Gal Segev obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Reichman University, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Gal went on to pursue a Master's degree in Communication & New Media at Reichman University from 2016 to 2017. In addition to their formal education, Gal Segev has also obtained certifications in the Pay It Forward Leadership Program from the Hoffman Kofman Foundation in January 2023 and in Organizational Culture from LinkedIn in February 2022.
