Shay Vikel

Shay Vikel is an experienced software engineering professional with a strong background in both leadership and technical roles. Currently serving as the R&D Team Lead at Kodem since March 2024, Shay previously held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Stampli from October 2021 to March 2024, where responsibilities included designing and developing scalable fintech software, utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and cloud services such as AWS. Shay's earlier experience includes a tenure with the Israeli Air Force, managing a team of developers as a Software Team Lead and working as a Full Stack Developer, focusing on web application development and implementation of CI/CD processes. Shay holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
