Richard Katona

Richard Katona, PMP, currently serves as the Head of Product Delivery at Kodesage since January 2024, focusing on enhancing customer experiences. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Project Manager at Sonrisa Technologies from December 2022 to December 2023, leading an AI LLM project, and a brief tenure as Scrum Master at Leica Geosystems in late 2022. Richard's earlier career at Sonrisa International Inc. (November 2020 - September 2022) involved managing multiple international projects while fulfilling Scrum Master duties. Additionally, Richard worked as Project Manager at Sysdata PSE (October 2016 - November 2020), overseeing R&D for an automotive test system, and held a Scrum Master position at evosoft (January 2013 - November 2016) in automotive software projects. Richard began the career as Subproject Leader and Software Engineer at Siemens PSE (July 2006 - December 2012), contributing to embedded systems development in the automotive and telecommunications sectors. Richard holds a Master’s degree in Program Designer Mathematician from the University of Szeged (2001 - 2006).
