Court Hinricher has a diverse work experience, beginning with a Research Assistant position at the University of California, Berkeley in 2003. In 2002, they were a Material Testing Lab Technician at Rockwell Scientific, where they worked with Rapid Prototyping and Friction Stir Processing, completed Fatigue testing and SEM analysis of prototype materials, and assisted in developing a nickel super-alloy for rocket nozzles and improving the mechanical properties of rapid prototyped and sintered metal parts. In 2005, they were an Electrician at J&L Electric, where they built Macy's in Aventura and Boynton Beach from the ground up, ran and terminated low voltage CAT5 cable and fiber optic, and wired electrical circuits for lighting, power supply, and elevators with voltages of 120, 277, and 480. Court also assisted the Boynton Beach Foreman in planning daily schedules and managing personnel. In 2008, they became an Engineer at Serious Energy, where they developed, prepared for production, and launched an interior storm window, developed and launched a fiberglass commercial picture window, casement, and awning, developed relationships with lineal and hardware suppliers to insure continued support from our suppliers for our manufacturing team and evaluate new hardware offerings, and collaborated with suppliers to develop custom hardware solutions for our products and to validate the application of their products to our window systems. Court also maintained manufacturing certifications, dealing with testing laboratories and certification administrators such as IGCC, NFRC, and AAMA. In 2012, they became a Senior Product Engineer at Stemco. Finally, in 2018, they became a Staff Hardware Engineer at Kodiak Robotics.

Court Hinricher received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley in 2007. Court attended the university from 2002 to 2007.
