Don Lepard

Don Lepard has over 13 years of experience in the automotive and technology industries. Don started their career in 2006 as Sales Manager/Inventory Manager at Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney, where they managed a sales team of over 30 sales professionals and advised on launching a grassroots marketing campaign. In 2011, they moved to Merritt Hawkins as a Physician Recruiter, where they interviewed healthcare professionals and collaborated with multiple departments to facilitate physician placement. In 2012, they returned to the automotive industry as a Senior Finance Manager at Pat Lobb CDJR. In 2015, they became the New Vehicle Sales Director at Toyota of Irving, where they grew the sales team by 17% while also implementing a defined sales process. In 2016, they moved to Uber as City Manager, ATG, and eventually Head of Fleet Operations and Remarketing, where they hired and developed a team of 5 fleet managers and 20 market managers responsible for over 30,000 vehicle assets. In 2018, they joined drive.ai as Manager, Site Lead. Most recently, in 2019, they were appointed Director of Operations and Site Operations Manager at Kodiak Robotics.

Don Lepard served in the United States Navy from 1994 to 1998. Don also holds a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from CFQ International LLC.
