Edwin Anglin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Starting in 2003, Edwin worked as a Project Manager at Anglin Civil Constructors, where they completed estimates for excavation projects and supervised field operations.

In 2013, they served as an Associate Attorney at McDonnell & Associates, P.A., providing legal support and advice.

In 2014, Edwin started their own law practice, Edwin J. Anglin, Esq., where they provided general legal advice to construction companies, negotiated contract settlements, and resolved property disputes.

From 2015 to 2018, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Ross, Cangelosi & Associates, LLC, and later as an Attorney at Carlock, Copeland & Stair, LLP, handling various legal matters.

In 2019, Edwin joined USA Truck, Inc. as the Vice President Legal, advising the company's C-suite and management teams on legal matters. Edwin also served as the compliance officer and developed strategies to increase efficiency in transportation contracts.

In 2023, Edwin worked at Daseke Inc. as the VP, Associate General Counsel, focusing on corporate, securities, debt finance, governance, compliance, and mergers & acquisitions. Edwin provided legal support, supervised legal staff, and collaborated with top-level executives.

Currently, Edwin is the Head of Legal, Commercialization, and Compliance at Kodiak Robotics, where they oversee legal operations and ensures compliance in commercialization efforts.

Throughout their career, Edwin has demonstrated their expertise in various legal areas, including corporate law, contract negotiation, compliance, and dispute resolution.

Edwin Anglin has a diverse education background with a focus on law. In 2009, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Construction Management from Eastern Michigan University. Following this, they attended the Charleston School of Law, where they earned a Juris Doctor degree in Law in 2012.

Continuing their legal education, Anglin pursued a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Energy Law from LSU Law, completing the program between 2013 and 2014. Alongside their education, Anglin obtained several certifications to practice law in different states. Edwin was admitted to practice law in Georgia by the State Bar of Georgia in December 2012, followed by admission to the South Carolina Bar in May 2015. In October 2014, they were admitted to the Louisiana State Bar Association, and in September 2019, Anglin was admitted to practice law in the state of Arkansas by the Supreme Court of Arkansas.
