Ree Merritt, PHR has over 37 years of work experience. Ree began their career in 1984 as an Office Manager at TruGreen Chemlawn. In 1986, they were promoted to Office Manager/Collections Manager. In 1997, they moved to Ideal Pest Control as an Office Manager. In 1999, they joined Freeman Company as National Office Manager, where they executed Human Resources Generalist duties with emphasis on employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, recruiting, employee on-boarding & off-boarding and payroll. Ree then moved on to become Director of Administration, Training & Development, where they oversaw the development, implementation, and on-going management of all administrative training and development initiatives. In 2021, they joined Kodiak Robotics as a Sr Workplace Manager and Office Manager.

Ree Merritt, PHR, has attended Eastfield College - DCCCD, studying Business. Ree obtained their Professional in Human Resources certification from HRCI in July 2021 and their Notary Public certification from the National Notary Association in August 2020.
