Tyler Rosengren

Head of Marketing at Kodiak

Tyler Rosengren is the head of marketing at Kodiak Robotics, where they lead all marketing efforts aimed at establishing Kodiak as the leader in self-driving technology for long-haul trucking. Tyler has experience building marketing functions from the ground up, overseeing day-to-day marketing operations, and defining overall strategy. Tyler has also dynamically led complete brand overhauls, including defining new positioning and visual identity, and applying them to all internal and external touchpoints.

Under Tyler's leadership, Kodiak has achieved year-over-year social media and web growth, and they served as the digital marketing subject matter expert when launching the company's new website. Tyler also directed Kodiak's first-ever Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising campaigns, which increased brand awareness, drove leads, and increased traffic among target audiences. In addition, Tyler partners with the communications team to drive media coverage. As a result of their efforts, Kodiak has been featured on Forbes AI 50 (2019), Fast Company Most Innovative Companies (2020), CES Innovation Awards Honoree (2021), and FreightWaves FreightTech 100 (2022).

Before joining Kodiak, Tyler was with Anki for five years, where they held various marketing positions, including senior director of marketing, director of marketing, and director of channel marketing. During their time at Anki, they developed brand identities for several products, including positioning, visual ID, brand voice and tone, and asset toolkits. Tyler also launched category-defining consumer robotics products in unique and breakthrough ways, including Anki OVERDRIVE, Cozmo, and Vector. In addition, Tyler successfully drove brand/product awareness growth year-over-year and contributed to strong annual sales, securing placement on NPD’s list of the top 5 premium toys for three consecutive years.

Tyler Rosengren holds a BSBA from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, which they obtained in 2004. Their field of study was marketing.
