Joel Clark

Joel Clark currently serves as the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Kodiak Cakes, a leading brand in whole grain, high protein flapjack and waffle mixes available in supermarkets across the nation, a position held since December 1997. In addition, Joel is an Advisory Board Member at Forward Consumer Partners, a private equity firm focused on investing in beloved brands, since November 2022. Joel's previous experience includes serving as Business Development Director/Consultant at Phase 2 Consulting from December 1998 to June 2004, where contributions were made to strategic planning and performance improvement for healthcare organizations. Joel holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and a BS in Economics from the University of Utah.
