Madison Swart

Madison Swart has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and responsibilities. They started their career at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as an Asset Management Intern in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Summer Associate at Navigant. At Navigant, they gained experience as a Consultant in the Healthcare and Life Sciences Disputes, Regulatory, Compliance & Investigations practice from 2015 to 2016. During this time, they focused on reimbursement related litigation support, due diligence, regulatory compliance, risk adjustment, and data analytics. They developed data warehouses using Microsoft SQL Server to analyze large sets of provider claims data and investigated payment transactions relative to agreements, requirements, and industry standards.

From 2016 onwards, Madison joined Kodiak Cakes and held various roles. They started as a Sales Planning Manager and progressed to become a Senior Financial Analyst, Manager of FP&A, Senior Manager of FP&A, and eventually an Associate Director of Strategy & Transformation. Currently, Madison holds the position of Director of Strategy & Transformation at Kodiak Cakes.
