Marcelle Miller is the Chief People Officer at Kodiak Cakes since December 2022, leading the People & Culture team to promote a diverse and high-performance culture. Prior to this role, Marcelle served as a People + Culture Consultant and Part-Time Head of People at MMM Consulting LLC from January 2022 to December 2022, assisting purpose-driven organizations with their mission and values. Marcelle’s extensive experience at method products pbc spanned over a decade, holding positions from Payroll + Benefits Associate to VP People + Environment - North America. Earlier career roles include HR Manager and Office Manager at WeatherBill, as well as a Gallery Assistant at George Krevsky Gallery. Marcelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
