Sonali Dalvi

Sonali Dalvi is an accomplished food science professional with extensive experience in research and development across various leading companies. Currently serving as the Vice President and Head of R&D at Kodiak Cakes since January 2024, Sonali successfully established the R&D function, leading to significant product launches and revenue growth through innovative technologies and cross-functional collaborations. Prior roles include Vice President of Innovation at Olam Food Ingredients, where Sonali focused on creating innovative solutions for diverse food applications, and Director of Technical Development at Ingredion Incorporated, managing a global team to reduce sugar content in food products. Career foundations were laid at PepsiCo, where Sonali held multiple roles, including R&D Sr. Manager and Scientist, and began as a Food Technologist at IFF. Sonali holds an MS in Food Science and Technology from Rutgers University and a B.S.Tech in Food Technology from the University of Mumbai.
