Cory R.

Cory R. has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Human Resource Generalist at Enodis. From there, they held various roles at Precision Castparts, including Human Resource Manager and Organizational Development Director, Energy Group Human Resource Manager, and Sr. Human Resource Manager. In 2012, Cory R. became the Senior Human Resource Manager and Global Manufacturing Lead at Exterran. In 2016, they joined Rubicon Oilfield International as the Vice President of Human Resources. Currently, Cory R. is the Chief Human Resource Officer at Kodiak Gas Services, LLC.

Cory R. obtained a B.S.B.A. degree in Human Resource Management from Miami University from 1997 to 2000. In 2002 to 2004, they pursued an MBA in Human Resources & Labor Relations at Baldwin Wallace University. In 2014, Cory obtained a Gphr certification in Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching from Rice University. They also have additional certifications, including a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2015 and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the same institution in 2005. Currently, Cory is pursuing a Doctor of Law - JD degree at South Texas College of Law Houston, starting from 2022 until 2025.
