Brian Sanders

Brian Sanders currently serves as a Partner at Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck since December 2022. Prior to this role, Brian was a Shareholder at Ericksen Arbuthnot Kilduff Day & Lindstrom from January 2010 to December 2022, where significant contributions were made in the Oakland office. Experience also includes serving as a Senior Associate Attorney and Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Herman Thordsen from 1998 to 2003, focusing on mortgage fraud, boutique real estate, personal injury, and administrative law. Additional roles include a member of the Board of Directors for the Center for Community Mediation, Inc., and General Manager at Sanders Collection Service. Brian holds a Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, with a subfocus in Alternative Dispute Resolution, a BA in Philosophy from California State University, Fullerton, and an AA in Liberal Arts from Santa Ana College.
