Ashwin Bhandarkar

Ashwin Bhandarkar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the consulting and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Change Catalyst at KoeN MetaConsulting since December 2021, Ashwin has held significant leadership roles at Cognizant, including Vice President of Banking & Financial Services and Centre Head in Pune from August 2011 to July 2019. Previous positions at Cognizant also include Assistant Vice President in Banking & Financial Services. Prior to Cognizant, Ashwin was Delivery Centre Head for Engineering & Industrial Services at Tata Consultancy Services, where contributions spanned from September 2005 to June 2011. Ashwin's career at Tata Consultancy Services began in January 1993 with various roles leading to Global Relationship Manager. Additional experience includes a managerial position in a family-owned manufacturing business and a trainee role at Thermax Limited. Ashwin holds a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
