Raquel Tolhoek

Raquel Tolhoek has diverse experience in the fields of public safety and administration. Currently serving in the role of Openbare Orde en Veiligheid at koen since December 2023, Raquel previously worked as a Specialist in the BVL department at Veiligheidsregio Utrecht. Prior roles include an Administrative position at Terberg Totaal Installaties and staff roles in the departments of bakery, deli, and produce at PLUS Retail. Raquel completed an internship focused on safety at Gemeente Soest, where an implementation plan was developed regarding illegal prostitution as part of a graduation thesis from Avans University of Applied Sciences. Raquel's earlier experiences comprise internships and student roles in various organizations, beginning a career that started in customer service positions at Albert Heijn and Dirk van den Broek. Raquel holds a HAVO degree in Economics and Management from Cals College Nieuwegein.
