Lars Nedergaard

Lars Nedergaard is a seasoned educational leader currently serving as Konst. direktør and Chef for dagtilbud og skoler at Køge Kommune since April 2023. Previously, Lars held the position of Centerchef at Næstved Kommune from January 2015 to December 2021 and was Tilsynsførende at Herlufsholm Skole from January 2015 to June 2019. Lars has held various leadership roles in the educational sector, including Næstformand for skolelederne i Næstved and Skoleleder at multiple institutions such as Kalbyrisskolen and Margretheskolen. Lars's extensive experience also includes roles in professional organizations and coaching, alongside a solid educational background with degrees from University College Sjælland and Vordingborg Statsseminarium, among others.
