Michael Patterson

Michael Patterson is an experienced professional with a strong background in Workday implementations and HRIS management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Emerging Enterprises at Kognitiv Inc. since February 2021, Michael has held key roles including Workday Engagement Manager at TopBloc and Workday Delivery Director at DXC Technology. Previous positions include Workday Consultant at Alight Solutions and Leadership roles in HRIS at Citywide Energy and as Workday Lead/HRIS at the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians.
