Taylor Malley has a diverse work experience starting in 2006 as an Intern for U.S. Congressman Todd Platts, where they managed various district constituent casework. In 2007, they served as an Intern at Triad Strategies, analyzing research and maintaining office duties. In 2008, they interned at Susquehanna Business Services, managing the internship program and streamlining operations. From 2011 to 2017, Taylor worked at Meteorix where they held multiple roles including Associate Business Consultant, Business Consultant, Senior Business Consultant, and Managing Architect for Post Production Services. In 2017, they joined Meteorix, an IBM Company, as a Senior Managing Architect. Most recently, Taylor has been working at Kognitiv Inc. as the Director of Operations since 2018.

Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in Workday, including Workday Product Lead (Benefits) in 2014 and Workday HCM Consultant in 2011.
