Shayne Skinner

Shayne Skinner, CPA, MAcc, currently serves as Finance Manager at Kognitiv Corporation since August 2023. Prior to this role, Shayne worked at Rogers Communications from September 2018 to August 2023, where responsibilities included serving as Internal Audit Manager, developing risk-based audit plans in collaboration with senior leadership, and executing complex assurance and advisory reviews. As a Senior Financial Analyst, Shayne specialized in financial reporting, process improvements, and Oracle ERP upgrades, and began the career as a Financial Analyst, gaining extensive experience in business operations and risk management. Early positions included roles at the Ministry of Community and Social Services and Purdue Pharma (Canada). Shayne holds a Master of Accounting (MAcc) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting, both from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
